Business Skills and Employment Training uses a competency based approach which is an action oriented method to develop and enhance participants' skills, and hence their chances for employment. The training intervention is designed to assist you to acquire new skills, or to perfect existing ones. This type of training depends on the needs of a group of at least 10 persons because individual training is cost prohibitive. LEN has experience in conducting Business Skills and Employment Training programmes such as CV writing and Tender Document Preparation.
This service can also offer training in areas such as: book keeping, costing, spread sheet preparation, basic internet research, buying, and back office operation training. All training programmes are of limited duration and may range from a few days to four weeks.
LEN may also offer other Business Skills and Employment Training programmes based on its own assessment of the needs in Region 10.
